While pursuing a BA in Political Science at Queens College, I worked as a print model, making the transition to acting in theatre then to film. I was a supporting actress in Shadow: Dead Riot, Funny Valentine, God's Gift, The Garden and Good Night to Die. I also had the opportunity to work on Any Given Sunday, Analyze That, Chinese Coffee and an educational video for Major League Baseball. Along the way I created, directed and hosted a cable television variety show that aired in three major cities then also wrote a series of books and produced a documentary.

My TV work includes a role in Law and Order: SVU, Hope and Faith, The Sopranos, The Street, Deadline, New York Undercover, Feds, a national tour with the WWE, a guest appearance on Forbes on Fox Makers and Breakers, and a half hour guest star appearance on the E! Channel for the Howard Stern Show. I was featured in a promotional campaign for MTV, have done a number of regional TV commercials and a national campaign for Budweiser. I've also appeared as principal in over eighteen music videos and am currently represented by Barbara Andreadis of Andreadis Talent in New York City.

Additionally, I received my producer's diploma from the Hollywood Film Institute, studied creative writing at the NYU School of Continuing Education, studied acting at the Black Nexxus studio in New York City with founder Susan Batson and studied acting at HB Studio with founder Herbert Berghorf.

Yet my adventures didn’t stop there... My passion is Ashtanga yoga and I am a third series practitioner who has traveled the world in quest of yoga advancement. I am a firm believer that one can be a yogi or an artist and a capitalist at the same time. Yet one should always find the time to give back to the community. I was born in Memphis, Tennessee, lived in Worcester, Massachusets, lived in New Jersey then came to New York City with a one year stop in Israel where I served in the Israeli Army Gadna Program. Although I am now a city gal, I have expanded into the countryside with a 357 acre land purchase Upstate, New York that I am currently developing into a yoga retreat.
